ifilm English TV to air new movie ‘A Lunatic Fled the Cage’

ifilm’s new feature film ‘A Lunatic Fled the Cage’ has been scheduled to go on air on October 28, 2017.

The movie, produced by Mohammad-Reza Takhtkeshian and directed by Ahmad-Reza Motamedi, revolves around Yalda and her life.

Yalda is married to a war veteran named Roozbeh. Even though she loves him, his medical condition makes it difficult for her to bear life with him and then she files for divorce.

Yalda’s uncle, who is after her father’s inheritance, incites her to get a divorce only because he wants her to marry his god-son; all in an attempt to get his hands on Yalda’s wealth. The story takes a twist when the uncle’s partner falls deeply in love with Yalda.

The movie cast list includes Ezzatollah Entezami, Parviz Parastoui, Niki Karimi, Ali Nasiriyan, and Ali Osivand.

‘A Lunatic Fled the Cage’, made in 2002, is scheduled to go on air at 22:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat the movie the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 (all GMT times).
